Located in South Manchester and designed by Buttress Architects, the homes will be built incorporating ‘HAPPI’ (Housing our Ageing Population Panel for Innovation) design principles, ensuring they are adaptable and accessible with plenty of space and natural light.
The £47million development is now in the final phase and will soon be complete. Energy Council have been working hard to complete various assessments on the site including: SAP, BREEAM, Daylight Calculations, Air and Sound Testing.
